So a couple years ago we had Naomi and her boyfriend over for lunch and with the extra chairs on our small balcony, space was at a premium. My wife mentioned that it would be nice to have a longer bench capable of seating 4 people. I found a cool looking bench on-line and proceeded to copy the design and lengthen it by about a meter. Add a few special touches like the bookmatched center oak panel and the inlaid oak pieces on the arms and voila! I didn’t do a blog entry on this but have included a few pics during the construction process.
