This was (and still is) my dream workbench. After about 8 years of working on a substandard base with a particleboard door as a benchtop, I decided on the features I really wanted in a workbench and began to build this in earnest. I don’t regret the years of temporary measures because I was able to be certain of the specific features that I wanted. And for sure, a particleboard door is at least heavy and stable :-). Again, I always seem to take pictures when my garage looks like a disaster.
